_AM <br /> (d) Said territory is contiguous to the City of <br /> Pleasanton, and is uninhabited territory in the County of Alameda. <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of. the City of Pleasanton does <br /> hereby approve the annexation of the territory described hereafter <br /> to the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further ordain that the <br /> said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Said territory is situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> SECTION 3. Said territory was pre-zoned by Ordinance No. 488, <br /> oradopted June 12, 1967, and will become effective upon completion <br /> of these annexation proceedings by filing a certified copy of this <br /> _ ordinance with the Secretary of the State of California <br /> SECTION 4.
