EXHI~3IT <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ANNEIC,'~TION NO. 53 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at an angle point in the general northeasterly boundary line of that <br />certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 366, a map of <br />which was filed january 21, 1966, in Map Book 51 at page 14, Records of Alameda County, <br />California; at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of County Road No. <br />2961, commonly known as Hopyard Road, 80.00 feet in width, with the northwesterly line <br />of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company, <br />a corporation, to Howard C. Hansen and Virginia C. Hansen, his wife, by deed recorded <br />Xay 9, i945, in Book 4706 of Official Records at page 199 (SS-28960), Records of <br />Alameda County, California; thence leaving said general northeasterly boundary line' <br />northerly along said westerly right-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the <br />general westerly right-of-way line of HopyardRoad, a County Road, as established by that <br />certain G~RANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY between VOLK-McLAIN COFj~TJNITiES, INC., and the COUNTY OF <br />ALA?~DA, a political subdivision of the State of California, a certified copy of which <br />wa:~ recorded August 24, 1966, in Reel 1830 of Official Records, Image 249 (AY 101147), <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence in a general northerly direction along <br />last said general westerly right-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the <br />aforesaid westerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 2961; thence North I° 38' 51" <br />East along said westerly right-of-way line (North 1° 38' 51" East being considered the <br />bearing of said westerly right-of-way line for the purpose of this description) to a <br />point of cusp on said westerly right-of-way line that lies South 1° 38' 51" West, 104.24 <br />feet, more or less, from the intersection of said westerly right-of-way line with the <br />direct production northeasterly of the southeasterly line of that certain parcel of land <br /> <br /> 6-23-67 <br /> <br /> <br />
