..% <br /> r . •s . <br /> 41 <br /> CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO:489 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED <br /> AS ANNEXATION NO.! 3 <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby make the following Si <br /> findings: (a) On March 2T, 196, the Counci �pf 3 City of <br /> Pleasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 655755-60 giving notice <br /> of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to the <br /> City of Pleasanton. Said territory was designated as Annexation <br /> No. 53, and did describe the boundaries of the territory proposed <br /> to be annexed. ‘Y-- 3,3 <br /> (b) Said Resolution No. 67-60 contained a notice of <br /> the time and place for the Council of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> hear protests wade by any person owning real property 'within the <br /> territory proposed to be annexed. Said time of said hearing was <br /> not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days from the date of <br /> passage of the resolu &? /94 8.2 <br /> (c) On y 15, 1967, and-by-coaatinuance e <br /> , at the hour of 8:00 P.M. , in the Council Chambers at the <br /> Women°s Club Building, southwest corner of Vineyard and Regalia <br /> Avenues of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br /> California, the said City Council did conduct a public hearing and <br /> ers p protests made, there being none. By Resolution No. <br /> 103on/the City Council determined that protests had not been made <br /> by the owners of one-half of the value of the privately owned <br /> territory proposed to be annexed as shown by the last equalized <br /> assessment roll, nor by public owners of one-half of the value of <br /> the publicly owned territory proposed to be annexed as determined <br /> by said legislative body. <br /> - 1 - <br />
