(d) Said territory is contiguous to the City of <br />Pleasanton, and is uninhabited territory in the County of Alameda. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby approve the annexation of the territory described hereafter <br />to the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further ordain that the <br />said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Said territory is situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br />SECTION 3. Said territory was pre-zoned by Ordinance No. 488 <br />adopted June 12, 1967, and will become effective upon completion <br />of these annexation proceedings by filing a certified copy of this <br />ordinance with the Secretary of the State of California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
