Meeting support may include conducting phone conversations or emails to help City staff prepare for <br /> anticipated questions, providing supplemental presentation slides, conducting additional analysis to address key <br /> issues, providing supporting background materials, or similar. These meetings are in addition to those LWC will <br /> attend, as identified in Tasks 6.1 to 6.4. <br /> Task 6.6 Project Website LWC will prepare a user-friendly website for the Housing Element Update. This subtask <br /> will include LWC's regular updates to website content as new public engagement opportunities are scheduled or <br /> material available for public review. The assumed website software is Squarespace. <br /> Task 6.7 Print and Digital Media LWC will prepare content for social media posts (i.e., Twitter and Facebook), <br /> which will be posted and promoted by the City's Public Information Officer(PIO) on City managed accounts. LWC <br /> will prepare content for up to 10 social media posts. <br /> LWC will also prepare text for press releases, which the City's PIO will insert in the City's format and disseminate. <br /> LWC will prepare text for up to six press releases.
