• An opportunity for feedback on current Housing Element policies and programs <br /> Three (3) kickoff/introductory meetings will be held: <br /> o One (1)with the Housing Commission <br /> o One (1)with the Planning Commission <br /> o One (1)with the City Council <br /> All Kickoff Meetings are assumed to be virtual. <br /> Task 6.2 Community Meetings (3) LWC will work closely with City staff to prepare for and attend three (3) <br /> Community Meetings: <br /> • Kickoff/Introductory Meeting -This meeting will include introduction of the Housing Element, RHNA, Site <br /> Inventory Requirements, and describe public input opportunities through the process. The meeting will also <br /> provide the opportunity for the community to provide input early in the process on their thoughts regarding <br /> housing types within the City, housing programs and services that are important, and housing challenges <br /> and opportunities. <br /> • Two Additional Community Meetings throughout the process. The timing and focus are to-be-determined. <br /> Two Community Meetings are assumed to be virtual; one is assumed to be in-person. <br /> Task 6.3 Stakeholder Group Meetings (2) LWC will conduct two (2) stakeholder group consultations with <br /> organizations representing different socio-economic members of the community to identify housing needs. LWC <br /> will work with City staff to develop a list of organizations to include in these meetings and will conduct consultations <br /> to discuss the issues and housing-related needs of their clients as well as opportunities in Pleasanton. In addition <br /> to group meetings, follow-up consultation, if needed, may include up to three one-hour phone interviews. LWC will <br /> prepare a summary of all consultation/meeting results. <br /> Both Stakeholder Group Meetings are assumed to be virtual. <br /> Task 6.4 Commission and Council Meetings/Hearings LWC will work closely with City staff to prepare for and <br /> attend seven (7) Commission and Council Meetings/Hearings. These may include any seven of the following: <br /> • Draft Sites Inventory Methodology and Selection Criteria <br /> o One (1)with the Housing Commission <br /> o One (1)with the Planning Commission <br /> o One (1)with the City Council <br /> • Final Sites Inventory Methodology and Selection Criteria <br /> o One (1) with the Housing Commission <br /> o One (1)with the Planning Commission <br /> o One (1)with the City Council <br /> • Housing Needs Assessment Findings <br /> o One (1)with the Housing Commission <br /> o One (1)with the Planning Commission <br /> o One (1)with the City Council <br /> • Implementation Plan and Policies and Programs Review <br /> o One (1)with the Housing Commission <br /> o Two (2)with the Planning Commission <br /> o One (1)with the City Council <br /> • Sites Inventory Selection Meetings <br /> o One (1)with the Housing Commission <br /> 6 <br />
