Design graphics will include an updated color illustrative plan and an updated 3D <br /> rendering view (skate park area, plus surrounding amenities) for presentation to staff and the <br /> public. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft black and white overall conceptual plan, one color final overall conceptual plan which <br /> incorporates staff comments, and updated 3D rendering view of final conceptual plan and <br /> context area <br /> Subtask C.3: Cost Estimate <br /> RRM and Wormhoudt will create a detailed planning level construction cost estimate for all <br /> improvements included in the final conceptual plan based on recent construction and bid data. <br /> We will rely on information from City staff for maintenance costs. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • One (I) planning level cost estimate for the final conceptual plan <br /> Task D: Project Management and Meetings <br /> Subtask D.1: Project Management <br /> RRM's project manager will spend up to thirty hours of project management time, including <br /> coordination calls, meetings, and emails with City staff. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Up to thirty(30) hours of project coordination calls, meetings and emails <br /> Task E: Environmental Consulting <br /> Subtask E.1: Environmental Consulting <br /> First Carbon Solutions will provide up to eight hours of environmental consultation to <br /> determine the level of CEQA analysis that is likely to be required in the construction <br /> documentation phase.
