rrmEXHIBIT A <br /> 'r' design <br /> group <br /> Pleasanton All-Abilities Playground <br /> Scope of Services <br /> SCOD OF SERVICES <br /> Task A: Pre-design <br /> Subtask A.1: Kickoff Meeting <br /> RRM will prepare an agenda for and attend a virtual kick-off meeting to discuss project design <br /> objectives and issues, establish a meeting and presentation schedule, clarify roles and <br /> responsibilities of staff and consultants, and create a community outreach strategy. Following <br /> the meeting, RRM's project manager will prepare a first draft of meeting minutes, for the City's <br /> Project Manager to add to and/or revise. Meeting minutes will be organized by topic in a <br /> bulleted format and include action items assigned to team members. RRM will finalize the <br /> meeting notes following one round of comments by the City's project manager. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Attend virtual kickoff meeting, prepare meeting agenda and meeting notes <br /> Subtask A.2: Review Existing Documents <br /> RRM will review relevant existing documents, including but not limited to record drawings, <br /> planning and policy documents related to inclusivity, the General Plan, the Cultural Plan, and the <br /> Parks and Recreation Master Plan. We will rely on Staff to identify sections of existing <br /> documents that are relevant to this project. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Up to eight (8) hours reviewing existing documents <br /> Subtask A.3: Topographic Survey <br /> Alexander & Associates, Inc. will prepare a Topographic Survey of the project area as shown in <br /> the attached Exhibit B. They will locate the existing restroom facility, pathways, trees, including <br /> their driplines and trunks, visible surface utilities, spot grades, and the first row of parking <br /> adjacent to the site. The Topographic Mapping scale will be I" = 20 feet. Contour interval will <br /> be I foot. Spot elevations will be on a 25-foot grid. Horizontal control will be City of <br /> Pleasanton Control.
