However, <br /> neither the State nor any county, city, district <br /> or political subdivision nor any public officer <br /> or body acting in an official capacity on behalf <br /> thereof shall pay or deposit any fee for the <br /> filing of any document or paper or for the <br /> performance of any official service. <br /> <br />91-5 INSPECTIONS AND CERTIFICATE. Upon completion <br /> of the work which has been authorized by issuance <br /> of any permit, except an annual permit, it shall <br /> be the duty of the person, firm or corporation <br /> installing the same to notify the Director of <br /> Public Works, who shall inspect the installation <br /> within forty-eight (48) hours, exclusive of <br /> Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, of the time sucb <br /> notice is given or as soon thereafter as <br /> practicable. <br /> Where the Director of Public Works finds <br /> the installation to be in conformity with the <br /> provisions of this Ordinance he shall issue to <br /> the person, firm or corporation Imaking the in- <br /> stallation a certificate of approval, author- <br /> izing the use of the installation and connection <br /> to the source of supply, and shall send notice <br /> of such authorization to the electrical utility <br /> furnishing the electric service. If upon in- <br /> spection the installation is not found to be <br /> fully in conformity with the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance/the Director of Public Works shall at <br /> once notify the person, firm or corporation <br /> making the installation, stating the defects <br /> which have been found to exist. <br /> All defects shall be corrected within ten <br /> (10) days after inspection and notification, or <br /> within other reasonable time as permitted by the <br /> Director of Public Works. <br /> When a certificate of approval is issued <br /> authorizing the connection and use of temporary <br /> work, such certificate shall be issued to expire <br /> at a time to be stated therein and shall be re- <br /> vocable by the Director of Public Works for cause <br /> A preliminary certificate of approval may <br /> be issued authorizing the connection and use of <br /> certain specific portions of an imcompleted in- <br /> stallation; such certificate shall be revocable <br /> at the discretion of the Director of Public Works <br /> When any part of a wiring installation is <br /> to be hidden from view by the permanent placement <br /> of parts of the building, the person, firm or <br /> corporation installing the wiring shall notify <br /> the Director of Public Works and such parts of <br /> the wiring installation shall not be concealed <br /> until they have been inspected and approved by <br /> the Director of Public Wor.k~s; p~r_o_v_i_d_~e,_d___t_h~at on <br /> <br /> <br />
