forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. <br /> Within not more than fifteen (15) days following <br /> the end of each calendar 'month, the person, <br /> firm, or corporation to which an annual permit <br /> is issued shall transmit to the Director of Public <br /> Works report of all the electrical work done <br /> under the annual permit during the preceding <br /> month. Each annual permit shall expire on <br /> December 31 of the year in which it is issued. <br /> <br />e. VALIDITY OF PERMIT. The issuance or granting of- <br /> a permit or approval of plans and specifications <br /> shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an <br /> approval of, any violation of any of the pro- <br /> vision of this Ordinance. <br /> The issuance of a permit upon plans and <br /> specifications shall not prevent the Director <br /> of Public Works from thereafter requiring the <br /> correction of error in said plans and specifica- <br /> tions or preventing construction operation <br /> being carried on thereunder when in violation <br /> of this Ordinance or of any other ordinances of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />f. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT. Whenever the work author- <br /> ized by any permit required by this Ordinance is <br /> not conmnenced within ninety (90) days from the <br /> date of issuance of such permit, or whenever the <br /> work authorized by such permit is suspended and <br /> before the work authorized by such permit shall <br /> be recommenced or continued, a new permit shall <br /> be obtained as provided in this Ordinance for <br /> the original permit, and the same fee or fees <br /> shall be paid therefor as were required for the <br /> original permit. <br /> <br />9 1-4 FEES <br />a. FEES ESTABLISHED. Before any permit required by <br /> this Ordinance is issued, the applicant therefor <br /> shall pay to the City of Pleasanton the fees for <br /> each building or structure as set forth in a <br /> table of fees adopted by resolution of the City <br /> Council upon the passage of this Ordinance, and <br /> to become effective, when this Ordinance becomes <br /> effective. Said table of fees may be amended, <br /> partially or entirely by subsequent resolution <br /> of the City Council. <br /> <br />b. PENALTY FOR WORK STARTED WITHOUT PERMIT. Where <br /> work for which a permit is required is co'mmenced <br /> prior to obtaining said permit, the fee specified <br /> shall be doubled. The payment of such double <br /> fee shall not relieve any persons from fully <br /> complying with the requirements of this Ordinance <br /> nor from any other penalties prescribed by <br /> Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
