within the City of Pleasanton or any other <br /> city has been revoked or denied, and if so, <br /> circumstances surrounding the revocation or <br /> denial. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall be fingerprinted and <br /> graphed and his record filed in the Police <br /> Department Bureau of Identification. <br /> <br /> Upon the filing of the application, the applicant <br /> pay a fee of $10.00 to aid in defraying the cost of <br /> processin~ the application. <br /> <br /> In the event said application is granted, fing. <br /> and photographs of all employees of applicant shall <br /> made and filed in the Police Department Bureau of <br /> Identification prior to applicant's engaging in <br /> business of conducting card room. <br /> <br />Section 3- Investigation: Recommendation. Upon receipt of an <br /> application pursuant to Section 2 of this ordinance, <br /> the Chief of Police shall initiate an investigation <br /> the moral character of the applicant. Within five (5 <br /> days of the initiation of his investigation, and as a <br /> result of his investigation, the Chief of Police shale <br /> make one or another of the following determinations <br /> and notify in writing the applicant thereof immediate- <br /> ly: <br /> <br /> (a) To deny tO 'applicant a permit if he finds that <br /> the moral character of the applicant is unsat- <br /> isfactory in that the applicant has been con- <br /> victed of a felony or a misdemeanor involving <br /> <br /> <br />
