Permit. No person shall maintain in any buildinn or <br /> premises owned or controlled by iiim, any tables which <br /> are used by the public for the playin.~ of cards, and <br /> for the use of which a fee or compensation is charged <br /> players, ;~;ithout first obtaining a permit so to do <br /> from the Chief of Polf. ce. <br /> <br />Section 2. Application for Permit: Procedure: Reguirements: <br /> <br /> Ykn application for a ~ermit required by Section 1 of <br /> this ordinance shall contain the followin~ information <br /> and comply with t~e following requirements: <br /> <br /> (a) The name of the applicant, together with the <br /> names of all persons directly or indirectly <br /> interested in the conductln~ff of the business o: <br /> operatin~ a card room, includin~ all members o: <br /> any firn: or partnership. <br /> <br /> (b) The permanent home address and full local <br /> address of the applicant. <br /> <br /> (c) :,~fhether the applicant has at any time been <br /> convicted of a felony~ or of a misdemeanor <br /> <br /> invo!vin~. tl~e violation of any municipal or <br /> county ordinance regulatin!~ or taxing. any busli <br /> <br /> ness~ or O~ -q, misdexT~eanor IrxvolvS-n~E <br /> <br /> turpitude. <br /> <br /> <br />
