Note that the poles on the southern elevation <br /> (Nevada Street side) did not include the "jog" in the southern end of the building which is set <br /> back 40-feet for approximately half the length of the façade. <br /> The story poles were visible from adjacent properties (including Irby Ranch to the west and the <br /> commercial properties to the east). Figure 4 provides a photograph of one vantage point from <br /> Irby Ranch looking east toward the subject property. Note, the trees planted on the Irby site <br /> are relatively immature and are expected to grow, which will provide some additional <br /> screening.
