21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />The applicant shall use its best efforts to secure approvals from CalTrans to install the <br />freeway directional signage for the suggested routes described in the "Routes to Water <br />Park" section of the applicant's letter dated "Received November 10, 2003." In addition, <br />the applicant shall modify the directions to the park as listed in its web site and brochures <br />to be consistent with the applicant's suggested routes for the freeway signs. The <br />applicant shall also use its best efforts to have East Bay Regional Park District modify its <br />web sites and brochures to be consistent with the applicant's suggested routes for the <br />freeway signs. The applicant shall also contact and seek to have on-line map/direction <br />providers show the routes described above as the preferred routes to the park. <br /> <br />The total quantity and design of the bicycle racks at the site shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />The "Remillard Road" street name shall be changed to another name acceptable to the <br />City of Pleasanton and other affected agencies. <br /> <br />Prior to installation of any signs, a comprehensive sign program shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for review and approval. Said sign program shall include the .specific <br />details for each sign (i.e., colors, materials, illumination, location, sign text, etc.). The <br />following restrictions shall be incorporated into the comprehensive sign program: <br /> <br />The proposed traffic directional signs along Stanley Boulevard shall be located <br />entirely on the park property unless an encroachment permit is obtained from <br />Alameda County to permit them in the Alameda County right-of-way, shall be <br />non-illuminated, and shall not exceed four square feet in area for each sign. Final <br />location of the traffic directional signs shall be subject to the review and approval <br />by the City Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />b. Flags located on top of the administration building shall not be used for signage. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a waste generation disposal and diversion plan to the <br />Building Department prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall <br />include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the <br />project developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and <br />demolition waste. Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Director of Building <br />Inspection prior to the issuance of final occupancy. During demolition and construction, <br />the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all <br />recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste <br />refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another <br />trash/recycling company. <br /> <br />PCUP-63/PDR-243 Conditions of Approval Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
