Resolution No. 04-016 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Upholds the appeal, thereby approving Case PAP-57 (PCUP-63/PDR-243), the <br />application of Glenn Kierstead, California Splash, LLC, for a conditional use <br />permit and design review approvals to expand the existing water park facilities and <br />related improvements at Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreation Area located at <br />2500 and 3320 Stanley Boulevard, but as a scaled-back project consisting of the <br />addition of no more than four new water slides to be located on the existing water <br />slide hill, the grade-level activity features (wave pool, kiddy pool/activity <br />"pool/challenge" activity pool, lazy river, and corporate areas), associated <br />storage/mechanical buildings, cabana/lounge areas, maintenance yard, and <br />associated infrastructure, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
