The above mitigations shall conform with the standards and/or specifications indicated in <br />the "Environmental Acoustic Impact Assessment Shadow Cliffs Waterpark Expansion" <br />prepared by Smith, Fause & McDonald, Inc. dated "Reissued" October 1, 2002, except as <br />amended by the "Supplementary Environmental Impact Report California Splash <br />Waterpark" prepared by Smith, Fause & McDonald, Inc. dated "Received" December 5, <br />2003, or as modified by the City's conditions of approval for the project. Details of the <br />noise mitigations shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for issuance <br />of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of building permits for the project. The applicant's noise <br />consultant shall review the applicable noise mitigations shown on the building permit <br />plans to ensure that the recommendations and conditions have been properly incorporated <br />into the design. The consultant shall certify in writing that such recommendations and <br />conditions have been followed. <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy and/or operation of the expanded water park, the applicant's noise <br />consultant shall confirm in writing that the noise mitigation measures have been installed <br />as required in the conditions of approval for the project. <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />The applicant and/or East Bay Regional Park District shall instruct (and enforce) patrons <br />to keep car radios at low levels when on park property. <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />compatible with the proposed water park buildings. The materials and color of the <br />enclosure shall match the proposed buildings and the gates shall be corrugated metal or <br />solid wood. The location and design of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director and Fire Chief. Trash containers shall be stored within the enclosure at <br />all times, except when being unloaded. <br /> <br />45. <br /> <br />The location of any pad-mounted transformers shall be subject to approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of permits by the Building Department. Such <br />transformers shall be screened by landscaping or contained within an enclosure matching <br />the building and with corrugated metal gates. All transformers shall be shown on the <br />plans submitted for issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />46. <br /> <br />All backflow prevention devices installed with the development shall be painted forest <br />green (Pantone Color System Number 357) and shall be screened from view from streets. <br />Screens shall consist of berms, walls, or landscaping satisfactorily integrated into the <br />landscape plan.
