<br /> The proposed preschool would be operated in Suite 100 between the hours of 7 a.m. and
<br /> 6 p.m. Monday through Friday using Crosspoint Church's Sunday School classrooms. For one
<br /> week in July, the preschool would be closed when Crosspoint Church holds its Vacation Bible
<br /> School (VBS). The preschool programs include a morning and afternoon half-day program as
<br /> well as a full-day program with a maximum of 49 students at one time.
<br /> The program schedule and students' enrollment are as follows:

<br /> Full-Day (with extended care) 7 a.m. — 6 p.m. 35
<br /> Students enrolled in the preschool are 2 to 5.9 years old. The preschool would have six
<br /> classrooms, and a common area (Hub) for students to gather prior to classes (see Figure 2 —
<br /> Floor Plan). Students are grouped by the following age groups:
<br /> • Toddlers — 2 to 3 years old
<br /> • Preschool — 3 to 4 years old
<br /> • Pre-K —4 to 5.9 years old
<br /> The preschool would have 12 staff members.

<br /> Figure 1 depicts the site and building location. Land uses adjacent to the project site include
<br /> office and light industrial/warehouse uses to the north, east, and south. Thomas HartMiddle
<br /> School and a private heritage school/daycare facility are located to the west, across Hacienda
<br /> Drive. A residential development (Andares) is located to the southwest of the project site.

<br />owner and sole occupant of the building located at 5627 Gibraltar
<br /> Drive. The church's current programs in Suite 100 include worship service on Sunday with
<br /> Sunday School, youth programs and various church-sponsored programs on Saturday, and
<br /> weekday bible studies start in the evening at 8 p.m. The church also operates a one-week
<br /> Vacation Bible School (VBS) in July for a maximum of 100 students.
