Crosspoint Church has five staff members to attend daily business.
<br /> As noted above, in addition to programs and activities in Suite 100, Crosspoint Church also
<br /> operates a heritage school in Suite 200, as approved in February2020. The heritage school
<br /> has the following operation hours:
<br /> a. School Year Program: Noon — 7 p.m.; 9 a.m. — 7 p.m. on non-school days;
<br /> Maximum of 136 students;
<br /> b. Summer Camp: June —August: 8:30 a.m. — 7 p.m.
<br /> Maximum of 100 students. No heritage school during church's BVS week.
<br /> Hacienda Requirements
<br /> On August 3, 2011, the City approved a modification to Hacienda's approved Planned Unit
<br /> Development to conditionally allow state licensed childcare facilities, such as the proposed
<br /> preschool, on all Hacienda properties, with the exception of those currently designated solely
<br /> as High Density Residential.
<br /> SITE DESCRIPTION
<br /> The project site is an approximately 5.5-acre parcel located east of Hacienda Drive, between
<br /> Gibraltar Drive and W. Las Positas Boulevard. The site contains three multiple-tenant buildings
<br /> and has a total of 435 shared on-site parking spaces. The subject building is one story and
<br /> approximately 35,517 square feet in area. Its front entrance faces north, on Gibraltar Drive.
<br /> Figure 1 depicts the site and building location. Land uses adjacent to the project site include
<br /> office and light industrial/warehouse uses to the north, east, and south. Thomas HartMiddle
<br /> School and a private heritage school/daycare facility are located to the west, across Hacienda
<br /> Drive. A residential development (Andares) is located to the southwest of the project site.

<br />owner and sole occupant of the building located at 5627 Gibraltar
<br /> Drive. The church's current programs in Suite 100 include worship service on Sunday with
<br /> Sunday School, youth programs and various church-sponsored programs on Saturday, and
<br /> weekday bible studies start in the evening at 8 p.m. The church also operates a one-week
<br /> Vacation Bible School (VBS) in July for a maximum of 100 students.
