Resolution No. PC-2003-51 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-85-8-7D-1 M, the application of New Plan Excel <br />Realty Trust for PUD design review approval to demolish an <br />approximately 18,000-square-foot portion of an existing multi-tenant retail <br />building and make fapade changes to the remaining portion of the building <br />located at 4555 Hacienda Drive in the Metro 580 shopping center in the <br />Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 12TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2003 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />wn G.
