The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the exterior of the building and for the parking lot for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. The lighting plan shall be consistent with Section 20.36.110, "Commercial Buildings- Lighting", of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. The light standards shall be designed to shine downward only. The light standards in the parking lot shall be no more than 20 feet in height. Parking and Traffic 14. The drive aisle widths shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. All drive aisles widths shall meet the minimum requirements of Chapter 18.88 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. As determined by the Fire Marshall, some drive aisles may be required to be painted and/or posted as fire lanes. 15. All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking spaces shall be a minimum of 8' x 16' in size. Reductions in parking space length up to a maximum of 2' shall be allowed so long as adequate vehicle overhang is provided in front of each reduced-sized parking space, as determined by the Planning Director. Each compact car space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in height "Compact Car Only". The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly shown in the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. 16. All parking spaces on site shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient area shall be provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of automobiles. 17. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas. 18. No truck parking, loading, or unloading shall occur on Boulder Court. 19. The 40 parking spaces located in front of the gates. as shown on Exhibit A, shall not be used for storage.
