Resolution No. PC-2003-48 <br />Page 5 <br />Lighting <br />13. The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the exterior of <br />the building and for the parking lot for the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. The lighting plan <br />shall be consistent with Section 20.36.110, "Commercial Buildings- <br />Lighting", of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. The light standards shall be <br />designed to shine downward only. The light standards in the parking lot <br />shall be no more than 20 feet in height. <br />Parking and Traffic <br />14. The drive aisle widths shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for the <br />issuance of a building permit. All drive aisles widths shall meet the <br />minimum requirements of Chapter 18.88 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code. As determined by the Fire Marshall, some drive aisles may be <br />required to be painted and/or posted as fire lanes. <br />15. All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and <br />compact parking spaces shall be a minimum of 8' x 16' in size. Reductions <br />in parking space length up to a maximum of 2' shall be allowed so long as <br />adequate vehicle overhang is provided in front of each reduced-sized <br />parking space, as determined by the Planning Director. Each compact car <br />space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in height <br />"Compact Car Only". The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly <br />shown in the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. <br />16. All parking spaces on site shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided <br />unless the spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient <br />area shall be provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to <br />accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br />17. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking <br />areas. <br />18. No truck parking, loading, or unloading shall occur on Boulder Court. <br />19. The 40 parking spaces located in front of the gates. as shown on Exhibit A, <br />shall not be used for storage. <br />
