SUNOL BOULEVARD/I-680 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PA&ED <br /> Prepare and submit monthly invoices with progress reports that include earned value <br /> reports. <br /> Subtask 1.7 Risk Management <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare and maintain a risk register that identifies potential risks to <br /> the project schedule. This process is valued by Caltrans, and enhances team coordination <br /> and discussion of critical path items. <br /> Subtask 1.8 Quality Management Plan(QMP) <br /> The QMP will be used to track document reviews and demonstrate that quality reviews <br /> and corrective actions are being performed for all deliverables. The QMP will apply to all <br /> subcontractors as well as CONSULTANT tasks. <br /> Subtask 1.9 Project Files <br /> Maintain Project files and provide a customized Caltrans file list to CITY. <br /> Task 1:Deliverables <br /> • CPM schedule <br /> • Three-Week Horizon Schedule <br /> • Project budget <br /> • Meeting minutes and meeting packages <br /> • Invoices and Progress Reports <br /> • Risk Management Plan <br /> • Quality Management Plan <br /> • Customized Caltrans file list <br /> TASK 2:TRAFFIC FORECAST AND OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS <br /> The following scope of work is based on the approved Draft Scope of Work presented in <br /> the Final TEPA for the project.One Alternatives will be evaluated,a signalized alternative. <br /> Therefore, this scope of work assumes that the PA&ED Phase traffic analysis will include <br /> the following segments: <br /> 1. I-680 Northbound between the Andrade Road on-ramp gore and the lane reduction <br /> downstream of the westbound I-580 off-ramp gore <br /> 2. I-680 Southbound between the I-580 on-ramp gore and the Andrade Road off-ramp <br /> 3.
