SUNOL BOULEVARD/I-680 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PA&ED <br /> mailed to the State Clearinghouse,with a Notice of Determination.Elected officials' letters <br /> will be prepared and provided to Caltrans for signature. <br /> Task 6:Deliverables <br /> • First Administrative Draft Environmental Document <br /> • Second Administrative Draft Environmental Document <br /> • Draft Environmental Document for public circulation <br /> • First Administrative Final Environmental Document <br /> • Second Administrative Final Environmental Document <br /> • Final Environmental Document <br /> TASK 7: PROJECT REPORT-DRAFT AND FINAL PROJECT REPORT. <br /> The approved PSR for the project provided agreement on the design concept,design scope, <br /> schedule and estimated cost of the project for future programming. The project will require <br /> Caltrans environmental clearance and Caltrans approval of the Project Report(PR). <br /> A Draft Project Report(DPR)is prepared to obtain approval to publicly circulate the Draft <br /> ED and to schedule a public hearing. The Final Project Report is used to recommend that <br /> the Build Alternative be approved and that the project proceed to the final design phase. <br /> Task 7.1 -Draft Project Report <br /> A Draft Project Report (DPR) is first prepared. The DPR documents the need for the <br /> project, summarizes key points from the environmental document, and summarizes scope, <br /> cost and overall impacts to enable an informed decision to be made to proceed toward DED <br /> circulation and project approval. <br /> Subtask 7.1.1 -First Draft Project Report <br /> The DPR would be prepared based on the project description, technical reports and other <br /> studies developed during the course of the project. <br /> Subtask 7.1.2 -Second Draft Project Report <br /> Based on Caltrans and local agency comments, a second Draft Project Report will be <br /> prepared. It is assumed that Caltrans will provide a final review. <br /> Subtask 7.1.3 -Draft Project Report Approval <br /> Caltrans comments will be addressed and the DPR will be finalized and submitted for <br /> approval. <br /> Task 7.2 -Prepare Final Project Report <br /> The DPR is revised following circulation of the DED, consideration of public comments, <br /> and the selection of the Preferred Alternative. The Final Environmental Document <br /> (FED)is then approved by Caltrans to reach environmental clearance.
