SUNOL BOULEVARD/I-680 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PA&FD <br /> compliance with ADA Section 508 requirements, the accessibility checkers in Microsoft <br /> Word and Adobe Acrobat will be rerun and any issues remediated; then the PDF <br /> Accessibility Checker 3 (PAC3)application will be run on the complete signed PDF of the <br /> ED,and any issues remediated prior to posting on the Caltrans website. The 508 compliant <br /> PDF copy of the ED will be provided to the CITY and Caltrans for posting on their <br /> websites. <br /> The ED will be issued for public and agency distribution (up to 15 paper copies are <br /> assumed, and up to 30 CDs of a PDF version). Of the CDs, 15 CD copies will be mailed <br /> to the State Clearinghouse, with a Notice of Completion. Elected officials letters will be <br /> prepared and provided to Caltrans for signature. A Notice of Availability will be prepared <br /> for signature by Caltrans, which will announce the document's availability and where it <br /> can be accessed via the Internet. <br /> Subtask 6.6-Respond to Public Comments on Draft ED <br /> Written comment responses will be prepared. It is assumed that all comments can be <br /> addressed through revisions to the ED text, and that further environmental studies or <br /> evaluation of additional alternatives will not be necessary. For purposes of the project <br /> budget,it is assumed that up to 50 written and oral comments may be submitted. Revisions <br /> to the environmental technical studies are not included in this scope of services. <br /> Subtask 6.7-First Administrative Final ED <br /> A first administrative final ED will be prepared for CITY and Caltrans review <br /> incorporating revisions to the document in response to public and agency comments. <br /> Copies of the comments and the responses to comments will be included as a new appendix. <br /> Copies of the ED in PDF and Microsoft Word will be provided. In compliance with ADA <br /> Section 508 requirements, the accessibility checkers in Microsoft Word and Adobe <br /> Acrobat will be run and any issues remediated. <br /> In addition, CONSULTANT will prepare and submit to Caltrans the following items <br /> required by NEPA assignment: <br /> • Environmental Document Checklist <br /> • External Certifications—Environmental Document Quality Control Review <br /> Certification <br /> Subtask 6.8 - Second Administrative Final ED <br /> CITY and Caltrans comments would be addressed and a second administrative ED <br /> prepared. Copies of the ED in PDF and Microsoft Word will be provided. <br /> Subtask 6.9-Final ED <br /> The Final ED would be forwarded to Caltrans for circulation and approval by Caltrans <br /> management. In compliance with ADA Section 508 requirements, the accessibility <br /> checkers in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat will be rerun and any issues remediated; <br /> then the PAC3 application will be run on the complete signed PDF of the ED, and any <br /> issues remediated prior to posting on the Caltrans website. A PDF copy of the ED will be <br /> provided to the CITY and Caltrans for posting on their websites,and 15 CD copies will be <br /> Apri110,2020 25 <br />
