Resolution No. PC-2003-44 Page 3 Exhibit B Conditions of Approval Case PCUP-96 The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to Exhibit "A" (site plan and details of operation), dated "Received, Septemberl0, 2003", and supplement information, dated "Received, September 22, 2003", on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. 2. This approval is valid one year from the date of the approval. At the end of the first year operation, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this approval may be extended or modified. The operation of the park-n-sell car lot shall adhere to the following schedule. Setup: Saturday: 7:30 a.m. Operation: Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cleanup: Sunday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 4. If additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of operation, dated "Received September 10, 2003" and supplement information "Received, September 22, 2003", on file in the Planning Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modification may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with the approval. The Planning Director may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission of the proposed changes would be significant. The applicant shall effectively notify the public in advance that a portion of the Pleasanton-Dublin BART station south parking lot would be closed on weekends from 7:30 a.m. on Saturday to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. The applicant shall establish a notification procedure with BART, and a copy of the BART approved procedure shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to operation of the car lot.
