Resolution No. PC-2003-38 <br />Page 3 <br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case PCUP-93 <br />The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit "A" (the site plan, floor plans, and details of operation), dated <br />"Received, July 14, 2003", on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the <br />approved operation and schedule may be approved by the Planning Director if <br />found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. <br />2. The operation of the indoor volleyball training facility shall generally adhere <br />to the following schedule: <br />Monday -Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />3. The facility operator shall notify facility users and visitors to park only on the <br />subject lot by providing them with a flyer and site map indicating the <br />boundaries of the site and specifying the parking spaces which can be used by <br />facility users. A copy of the notification shall be provided to all facility users <br />and the Planning Department within thirty (30) days from the date of this <br />approval. <br />4. The proposed facility is restricted for training purpose. At no time shall any <br />competition or exhibit games be held at the subject location. <br />5. If additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's <br />statement of operation, dated "Received July 17, 2003", on file in the <br />Planning Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. <br />Such modification may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with he approval. The Planning Director may also <br />refer the matter to the Planning Commission of the proposed changes would <br />be significant. <br />6. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, <br />interior noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use <br />permit approval. Possible mitigation measures may include, but are not <br />limited to, reducing the number of, students, modifying the hours of operation, <br />or other measures deemed necessary by the Planning Commission. <br />
