If signs on the building are desired, the building <br />owners shall submit a master program including signs for all tenants in the <br />same building to the Planning Department for review and approval. <br />8. The applicant shall submit plans of the training facility, including work that <br />has been done without prior City approval, to the Building Department and <br />shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No changes to the exterior <br />of the building shall be made without prior approval from the Planning <br />Department. <br />[end] <br />
