Resolution No. PC-2003-38 <br />Page 2 <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The I-G zoning district conditionally permits the establishment of a <br />recreation facility and the proposed indoor volleyball training facility is <br />considered a recreational use. Granting a conditional use permit would be <br />consistent with the City's ability to regulate a related zoning regulations. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed indoor volleyball <br />training facility can be accommodated without creating adverse impacts on <br />the adjacent businesses, would be appropriate for the location, and would <br />provide a beneficial service to the community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-93, the application of Jim Hamra for conditional use <br />permit approval to operate an indoor volleyball training facility within an <br />existing building located at 440 Boulder Court, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
