The project site is
located in Hacienda, where trade schools with more than 20 students in the facility at any one
time require Planning Commission review and approval of a CUP. As such, the CUP
application is before the Planning Commission for consideration. As proposed and conditioned,
staff believes the proposed trade school is consistent with the General Plan, zoning district and
Hacienda's regulations and will be compatible with the surrounding uses; therefore, staff
recommends approval of the CUP application.
ium flavored cigars in coordination with City of Livermore
Vote: 3-2 (Councilmembers Brown, Testa Noes)
Actions of the City Council Page 2 of 2 May 13, 2020
of 9 March 11, 2020
e of the
two designs.
