Regional and Other External Coordination <br /> • All typical regional interagency meetings have been postponed; however, staff has <br /> been in close coordination with the Pleasanton Unified School District, Stanford <br /> Health Care-Valley Care, Alameda County Office of Emergency Services, <br /> Alameda County Public Health Department, Alameda County City Managers <br /> Association, Alameda County Police Chiefs, Alameda County Fire Chiefs, and <br /> League of California Cities <br /> • We are also in close communication with colleagues in Livermore, Dublin, and <br /> other municipalities, and many of our non-profit service providers <br /> • We have been tracking news releases and guidance from both the state and <br /> federal government <br /> Community Engagement <br /> • The City has established a COVID-19 landing page on the City's website to offer <br /> accurate information and access to resources for the community. The webpage <br /> provides a copy of the ACPHD Shelter in Place Order and accompanying FAQs, a <br /> description of City services currently available, information on business support <br /> opportunities, a link to the Pleasanton Unified School district webpage on COVID- <br /> 19, along with general COVID-19 materials <br /> • Regular press releases and messages across the City's social media platforms <br /> are being distributed <br /> • Many of the incoming phone messages are from residents seeking direction and <br /> advice on specific aspects of the shelter in place order, particularly related to <br /> `essential businesses' <br /> • Calls to PD dispatch are leveling off, with no reported uptick in crimes <br /> • For businesses, our Economic Development staff are collaborating with the <br /> Chamber, Hacienda, PDA and Visit Tri-Valley to push out information and <br /> resources (including access to financial assistance); they're also using our social <br /> platforms for messaging to encourage support for local essential businesses that <br /> are still operating (e.g., restaurants offering delivery and pick-up) <br /> City Employees <br /> • City staff continues to offer essential services with a limited group at the Civic <br /> Center complex and Operations Services Center, as well as in the field as <br /> necessary. <br /> • The city and assistant city managers, department heads and key management <br /> staff are working Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm at their respective office <br /> locations. The remainder of City staff are working remotely (sheltering in place) to <br /> support essential services, respond to community phone calls and email inquiries, <br /> and perform routine work as feasible. <br /> • All employees are following protocols for personal and office hygiene, hand <br /> washing, and social distancing. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
