Except as modified by this approval, all architectural and landscape <br />design guidelines, fencing, etc. shall follow the Phase 2 -Zone 2 standards of the Oak <br />Tree Farm design guidelines. A final copy of the revised Oak Tree Farm design <br />guidelines for Phase 2 with the additional lot-specific information for these three lots <br />shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to <br />approval of the final parcel map. <br />8. The new lots shall be included in the Oak Tree Farm CC&Rs and Landscape and <br />Lighting District, and the property owners shall pay their pro-rata share of the <br />maintenance cost for all common improvements and infrastructure as part of these <br />associations. The developer shall be responsible for the all costs associated with the <br />changes necessary to include these lots in these associations and shall complete this <br />
