Resolution No. PC-2003-29 <br />Page 10 <br />29. If archeological materials aze uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified <br />and procedures followed as required in Appendix K of the California Envirortmental <br />Quality Act. A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />30. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br />31. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living <br />or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br />Building <br />32. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 <br />and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including <br />irrigation meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer <br />permit fee. <br />33. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />34. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an approved storm drain system <br />in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform unless <br />otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. <br />Fire <br />35. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />36. The houses shall have automatic fire sprinkler systems. <br />37. The revised fire management plan shall be inserted into the Oak Tree Farm Design <br />Guidelines and implemented immediately. The developer shall be responsible for <br />providing an annual report of work done within the preceding year and work needed <br />to be completed the following year. This report shall be forwarded to the Fire <br />Marshall for review and approval annually on an agreed-upon date. <br />Engineering <br />38. The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the peer review <br />reports by Alan Kropp & Associates, dated October 1, 2002 and December ] 0, 2002 <br />and reports by Terrasearch, Inc., dated August 1, 2002 and October 31, 2002, and all <br />other applicable geotechnical studies completed for this parcel.
