THE CITY OF
East Pleasanton Specific Plan r
Public Comments pLEASANTONC
From: Ron Imperiale
Sent: Tuesday, December 03, 2019 8:50 AM
To: Mayor and City Council <citycouncil@cityofpleasantonca.gov>
Subject: Let us vote
There should be no agreements made on the EPSP without the vote of Pleasanton residents and home
owners. The lack of infrastructure and the damage it will do to our quality of life is not acceptable. We
have no need for future building and we have met our state requirements for years to come. Be sensible
and listen to the community and don't be swayed by builders incentives.
Our traffic is terrible presently, our roads can not handle more people. Where is the water going to
come from? Do you seriously think that PGE can handle more customers?
If the area is zoned commercial why not build for more jobs to help our community?
The residents of Pleasanton deserve their voice on this matter,we do not need to have a select small
handful of politicians and elected officials to decide our future and accept monies from profit minded
builders. For God's sake even Ray Charles can see that this is a terrible idea...
Keep your promises to the citizens of Pleasanton and allow us to vote on such important items regarding
the City's future.
Ron Imperiale
Pleasanton Heights Homeowner
Provided to City Council for the February 18, 2020, Meeting 41
