Mitigation Measures M-TR-1, 4.D-la, 4.D- <br /> lb, 4.D-lc, and 4.d-ld are incorporated into the Project. <br /> Facts in Support of Finding: The following facts and mitigation measures indicate <br /> that the impact will not be reduced to less than significant. <br /> 1.
