Construction noise impacts will be short-term. <br /> <br />b. The City has developed standard regulations and procedures for limiting <br />construction noise which will apply to this project. <br /> <br />c. The September 1998 Specific Plan Conservation and Environmental <br />Mitigation Element, Noise Attenuation Policy 5 implements the Mitigation Measures by <br />requiring a construction noise management plan and by limiting construction hours. The <br />City will review this plan to ensure that construction activities are limited for each <br />development unit. <br /> <br />K. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />1. Imnact MI. Potential for future development of the study area to disturb cultural <br />resources not yet identified. <br /> <br />MitilZation Measures: <br /> <br />Measure Mia. Prior to approval of any grading or development plans, including <br />infrastructure plans, complete an intensive cultural resources survey of the study area. <br /> <br />Measure Ml b. In the portions of the project area not currently known to contain <br />archeological resources, grading and site preparation activities will be subject to <br />monitoring by a qualified archeologist. <br /> <br />Measure M 1 c.
