The revised circulation plan increases circulation options and reduces the potential for congestion (i) by providing a circulation link along the eastern edge of the Village Residential area that connects Valley Avenue in the interior of the Central Parcel to Bernal Avenue east of Valley Avenue, (ii) by extending Golf Course Drive eastward through the Central Parcel to connect with P1easanton Avenue at the community park; (iii) by providing signalized access the Central Parcel at Village Avenue and Bernal Avenue; and (iv) by including right-inlright-out access to the Village Center from Bernal A venue between 1-680 and Valley Avenue (Master PUD Condition 56 (g)). 10.
