Map of 500-foot buffer around public parks and public <br /> recreation facilities <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions: <br /> 1. Find that the proposed amendments to the Pleasanton Municipal Code are categorically <br /> exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution recommending approval of various amendments to the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code establishing limitations on tobacco sales at various locations within the <br /> City, including addition of a new Chapter 18.109 Retailers of Tobacco Products and <br /> Paraphernalia and amend Sections 9.24.020, 18.40.030, 18.44.080, 18.48.130 and <br /> 18.48.140 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as shown in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 and <br /> ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br /> Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> 1. P19-0390, Terry Townsend —Application for Design Review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 5,006-square-foot, two-story residence with an approximately 1,262-square-foot <br /> attached garage at 4 Winding Oaks Drive.
