EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The proposed project is to construct an approximately 5,006-square-foot, two-story residence with an approximately 1,262-square-foot attached garage on an approximately 3.96-acre lot within the Estates on Oak Ridge Subdivision. New homes within the subdivision require the Planning Commission to review and consider a design review application. As such, this Design Review application is before the Planning Commission for consideration.
