Public Comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda — <br /> Speakers are encouraged to limit comments to 3 minutes. <br /> There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 4. Penalties for Illegal Demolition of Historic Buildings — Consider adding a new section <br /> 18.140.030 — fines and restrictions on future development for illegal historic building <br /> demolition to the Municipal Code to strengthen preservation of historic buildings and <br /> penalize unpermitted alterations and demolitions. <br /> Item 4 was postponed to a date uncertain; therefore, this item was not discussed. <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> Commissioner Ritter commented on pleasantonpermits.com and issues he had heard with <br /> checking the status of current projects. <br /> Ms. Clark responded that staff is currently working on revamping the entire City website, in an <br /> effort to make information much easier to access.
