* THE CITY OF <br /> ,N ,;r , ,,, PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> eku <br /> pLEASANTON MEETING MINUTES <br /> City Council Chamber <br /> 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> APPROVED <br /> Wednesday, October 23, 2019 <br /> CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> The Planning Commission Meeting of October 23, 2019, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br /> Chair Allen. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Allen. <br /> Staff Members Present: Stefanie Ananthan, Office Manager; Ellen Clark, Planning Manager; <br /> Eric Luchini, Associate Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br /> Attorney; Lea Frizzell, Recording Secretary <br /> Commissioners Present: Commissioners Jack Balch, Justin Brown (arrived late), Greg <br /> O'Connor, Brandon Pace, Herb Ritter and Chair Nancy Allen <br /> Commissioners Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Planning Manager Ellen Clark noted that Item 4 was postponed to a later date and therefore, <br /> would not be discussed during this meeting. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br /> Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> 1. Approve the meeting minutes of September 11, 2019 and September 25, 2019 <br /> 2. P19-0151, Kevin Gregory —Application for Design Review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 5,761-square-foot, single-story residence with an approximately <br /> 1,137-square-foot attached garage located at 5 Winding Oaks Drive. Zoning for the <br /> property is Planned Unit Development— Hillside Residential/Open Space (PUD-HR/OS) <br /> District. <br /> Commissioner Ritter abstained from voting on the meeting minutes of September 25, <br /> 2019. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 3 October 23, 2019 <br />
