Commissioner Pace referenced the 7-Eleven project at 3760 and 3790 Hopyard Road and inquired how the decision to extend the fence to the sidewalk was reached. Ms. Clark explained that the City Council heard the Church's concern about the volume of unauthorized parking and trespassing on their properties, and therefore agreed the fence was appropriate. However, she noted that this type of condition was the exception rather than the rule, due to aesthetic concerns. Commissioner Ritter suggested restructuring the layout of the agenda to move `Matters Initiated by Commission Members' to follow `Actions of the Zoning Administrator' so if there were items that came up during any of the sub-items under of `Matters for Commission's Review/Action/Information,' it would be a better time to initiate a discussion. He also mentioned it would be beneficial to individually list each date of meeting minutes that are being considered for approval on the Consent Calendar, rather than listing them as one item.
