Mr. Ingram commented on emergency situations and the planning that is needed to be put in <br />place by Paratransit. He provided information about an Emergency Action Plan that is being <br />put into place by the city and information about preparedness that is being worked on. <br />C. Ptownlife Resource Network - no report. <br />D. Alameda County Advisory Commission on Aging - no report. <br />E. Tri -Valley Anti -Poverty Collaborative --no report. <br />F. CityServe of the Tri -Valley — A meeting is planned for December 5 .that Commissioner <br />Carlucci hopes to attend. <br />COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />A. Commissioner Sedlak had questions about the Senior Support Program and indicated he <br />had been unaware that it was not staffed by City of Pleasanton personnel. He advised he had <br />attended a recent event at Kottinger Place as.a way of being able to learn more about what <br />services are provided by Senior Support: <br />Commissioner Clare provided information about- Senior Support and the contract between <br />them and the City of Pleasanton. She noted they typically present reports to the Human <br />Services Commission about the services they provide. <br />Mr.: Ingram commented on how good it is to have Senio.r-Support at the Senior Center being <br />able to provide services to seniors in need. <br />B. Commissioner Clare commented on her recent visit to Tri. Valley Haven, meeting with <br />Ralph Johnson and visits to the Food Pantry and Family Center. She had some questions <br />about the three staff members working at the Family Center. Mr. Ingram felt these could be <br />part-time employees. <br />Commissioner Clare commented on `Coordinated Entry'. requirements and issues with empty <br />beds at the facility. <br />C. Chairperson Parikh suggested Mr. Ingram provide informationand connect commissioners <br />with agencies to visit. Mr. Ingram suggested commissioners contact him with information on <br />agencies they are interested in visiting. <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />Mr. Ingram commented on the following: <br />a. Mayor's Dinner event. <br />b..- Behavioral. Health RFQ that will be made available for commissioners toreview at the <br />December meeting. He .advised that staff would like.to have a Subcommittee put in place to, <br />
