Commissioner Hayes suggested retaining the schedule as presented and reviewing it on a <br />monthly basis. Mr. Ingram suggested staff look at the schedule on a quarterly basis and <br />review with commissioners. Commissioner Clare felt -it should be left to staff to decide if a <br />meeting needed to be cancelled and Commissioner Rubino-Brumm agreed suggesting the . <br />commission allow staff to take the lead on this. <br />It was noted that 2020 schedule had an incorrect year date for the October 7 date. Mr. Ingram <br />advised that this would be corrected. <br />Mr. Ingram askedcommissioners to decide if the April 1, 2020 or May 6, 2020 meeting <br />should be held at the Senior Center. Commissioner Carlucci felt the April meeting should <br />be a meeting for commissioners to debrief and discuss the March grant meeting and the <br />May 6, 2020 meeting would be a better date for the meeting to be held at the Senior Center. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carlucci, seconded by Commissioner Gohil, to approve <br />the proposed Human Services Commission Meeting Schedule for 2020 with the May 6, 2020 <br />meeting to be held at the Senior Center. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Carlucci, Clare, Gohil, Hayes, Rubino-Brumm, Sedlak, and. <br />Chairperson Parikh. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Powers <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />5. Senior Program Advisory Committee Commissioner Clare provided information about the <br />Holiday.Tea Event planned for December 5, 2019. She noted that the next meeting of the <br />committee will'be in January 2020. <br />B. Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force Commissioner Clare noted she had attended the <br />meeting at which the Task Force had discussed a Mobility Forward recommendation. Mr. <br />Ingram advised that meeting discussions included the ADA program transfer to LAVTA and <br />transfer of funds the City of Pleasanton is currently receiving. <br />Commissioner.
