Your proposed project meets all of the necessary requirements as outlined in the <br /> Pleasanton Zoning Ordinance and has been reviewed and found to be in accordance with the <br /> Design Review criteria set forth in Pleasanton Municipal Code(PMC) Section 18.20.030. In <br /> accordance with Section 18.20.040(B)(2)of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, notice of your <br /> proposal was sent to your adjacent neighbors on May 22, 2019. Upon request, a Zoning <br /> Administrator's hearing was held on July 25, 2019 but was continued. The continued Zoning <br /> Administrator's hearing was held on October 4, 2019 where the Zoning Administrator reviewed <br /> the revised plans and approved the proposed project, subject to the Conditions of Approval as <br /> shown on the attached "Exhibit A." <br /> You may apply for a building permit after completion of the Administrative Design Review <br /> procedure's appeal period or, if you wish to apply for a building permit before the end of the <br /> appeal period, upon submittal of a signed Waiver Form to the Planning Division. The waiver <br /> acknowledges that plan check fees may be forfeited in the event that the approval is overturned <br /> or the design is significantly changed as a result of an appeal.
