Fees <br /> 34. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject, prior to <br /> issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to recordation of the final map, whichever is <br /> applicable. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 35. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall pay the <br /> applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters and <br /> irrigation meters, if applicable, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 36. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon Services District <br /> (DSRSD) and City sewer permit fees prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 37. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — COMMERCIAL: Prior to building permit issuance, the applicant shall <br /> pay the required commercial development school impact fee as prescribed by State law and as <br /> adopted by the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD). <br /> BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION — 925-931-5300 <br /> 38. DIGITAL PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT—COMMERCIAL, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> AND CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS: The applicant shall submit site plan and building information <br /> to the City's Geographic Information Services (GIS) Division in a digital format prior to issuance of <br /> the building permit. All changes or revisions to the approved plans during construction which <br /> affect the digital submittal, shall be resubmitted for GIS review no later than 1 month prior to <br /> scheduling a final inspection. The updated digital submittal will be checked and approved before <br /> the building permit will be finalized and certificate of occupancy granted (if applicable). For <br /> phased project, the digital submittal must be approved prior to the first occupancy of any phase. <br /> The information will be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the Police <br /> and Fire Departments. Refer to the "Digital Plan Submittal Requirements" for necessary data and <br /> file formatting requirements. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT —925-931-5650 <br /> 39. The applicant shall submit a signed and completed Stormwater Requirements Checklist with an <br /> exhibit depicting the existing impervious area, impervious area to be removed and replaced, and <br /> new impervious area to be created for this project with the first submittal of plan review. (Project <br /> Specific Condition) <br /> 40. The applicant shall submit a demolition plan depicting all buildings/structures to be demolished <br /> and/or to remain clearly marked, existing domestic and irrigation water meters with reduced <br /> pressure backflow device, existing fire service and location of the double check detector check, <br /> and all trees to be removed or protected with tree numbers. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 41. The applicant shall revise Sheet Civil-2, Preliminary Utility Plan, to include the proposed fire <br /> service in compliance with the City of Pleasanton Standard Drawing 708 and shall be subject to <br /> the review and approval of the Fire Marshal. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 42. The applicant shall revise Sheet Civil-2, Preliminary Utility and Storm Drain Plan, to depict the <br /> locations, sizes, serial numbers and GPM ratings of the existing and proposed water meters and <br /> locations of the proposed backflow devices. The proposed water meters shall be sized based on <br /> the domestic water demand shown on the plumbing plans and the irrigation water demand shown <br /> P16-1349 and PUD-121 Planning Commission <br /> Page 7 of 19 <br />ions of the human remains to the person responsible for the excavation, or <br /> to their authorized representative.
