Commercial Building <br /> The new commercial building would be approximately 10,980 square feet in area and designed <br /> for a maximum of five tenants. Suite A5 would be approximately 3,349 square feet in area and <br /> is intended to accommodate a restaurant use. The remaining area (tenant spaces) would be <br /> occupied by other retail/commercial uses. Primary entrances to the tenant spaces would be on <br /> the north side of the building facing the interior of the subject parcel.
