The seven. committees for which a commission representative should be assigned were <br />reviewed.and discussed at length with the following commission representatives being <br />assigned: <br />• Senior Program Advisory Committee — Varsha Clare, Alternate Mike Sedlak <br />• Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force— Varsha Clare, Alternate Mike Sedlak <br />• . Ptownlife Resource Network — Janeen Rubino Brumm, no Alternate <br />• Alameda County Advisory Commission on Aging — no representative <br />• Tri -Valley Anti -Poverty Collaborative —Meera Parikh, Alternate Patty Powers <br />• All IN Alameda County — no representative, item should be removed <br />•. CityServe Tri -Valley — Joe Carlucci, Alternate Patty Powers <br />It was noted that CityServe Tri -Valley is looking to revamp work they have done in the past and <br />will be holding meetings every other month at locations alternating between Dublin, Livermore <br />and Pleasanton. <br />Commissioner Powers commented on the Strategic Priorities and questioned whether some of <br />the groups might be overlapping. Commissioner. Hayes felt there was no correlation based on <br />information provided to the commission by the agencies and. felt CityServe meetings would be <br />important to attend. It was also noted that many groups have representatives attend CityServe <br />meetings. <br />Commissioner Sedlak commented on the lack of Regional Transit being a meeting that a <br />commission representative should attend. Mr. Ingram indicated this could be added if the <br />commission desired. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Clare, seconded by Commissioner Carlucci, to approve. <br />the following commissioner assignments to Committees/Task Forces: <br />Senior Program Advisory Committee — Varsha Clare, Alternate Mike Sedlak <br />• Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force —Varsha Clare, Alternate Mike Sedlak <br />• Ptownlife Resource Network — Janeen Rubino Brumm, no Alternate <br />Tri -Valley Anti -Poverty Collaborative — Meera Parikh, Alternate Patty Powers <br />• CityServe Tri -Valley — Joe Carlucci, Alternate Patty Powers <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Carlucci, Clare, Hayes,.
