No <br />streaks or wipe marks shall be visible when dry. <br />• All faucets shall be operated to confirm proper operation. If found deficient in any <br />way, a report must be made to the City Representative. <br />TOILET /STALL <br />• Caulk joint from wall to toilet shall be scrubbed to remove any build-up or mildew. <br />• The entire bowl and seat assembly will be thoroughly scrubbed, including <br />under the seat, behind the hinges, under the bowl, the aft wall flange, and any <br />other part not specifically mentioned. <br />• Any water spots will be removed and the chrome will be polished to a high luster. <br />• Any "splatter" on any surface from using the toilet or urinal shall be thoroughly <br />scrubbed and disinfected. <br />• All toilets shall be operated to confirm proper operation. If found deficient in any way, <br />a report must be made to the City Representative. <br />• All urinals shall be operated to confirm proper operation. If found deficient in any way, <br />a report must be made to the City Representative. <br />FLOOR <br />• The floor will be swept so as to be free of dirt, paper products or debris of any kind, <br />before work begins. <br />• The entire floor shall be foamed with a city approved disinfectant and allowed the <br />correct "Contact Time" so maximum efficacy will be achieved. The residue will be <br />washed out using the minimum amount of water possible and the floor squeegeed <br />dry. <br />• Every area of the floor shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. <br />• The floor shall be left free from standing water when service is complete. <br />Page � 48 <br />
