THE CITY OF DEEP CLEANING <br />PARK RESTROOM SPECIFICATIONS <br />� � —. m : m moi: 1_ � � � <br />L� �S�NTON� <br />INTENT <br />To provide a clean and sanitary environment for our citizens so they may enjoy our park system <br />to its fullest. <br />DESCRIPTION <br />The Contractor shall perform a "Deep Cleaning" of each of our park restrooms once every fifteen <br />(15) calendar days. The Contractor shall provide an annual deep cleaning schedule to <br />coordinate with the various facility operations. <br />WALLS /PARTITIONS <br />• High dusting in all areas of restroom. <br />• Remove any foreign debris from ceilings and walls. <br />• All walls with the or FRP wall skirting shall be thoroughly washed with appropriate <br />cleaner and disinfected. <br />• All partitions shall be washed from top to bottom without damaging any paper <br />products in dispensers. Partitions shall be streak free when dry. <br />• All stainless steel in restroom including kick plates shall be polished. <br />• Any partition hardware that is damaged or in some other way, not correct, must be <br />reported immediately to the City Representative. <br />• Doors leading into or out of shall be washed to remove; fingerprints, smudges, heel <br />marks etc. <br />• Hand dryers shall be operated to confirm proper operation. If found deficient in any <br />way, a report must be made to the City Representative. <br />SINKS /FAUCETS <br />• All chrome on faucets shall be polished. <br />• All caulk joints around facets or water valves shall be cleaned to remove any build- <br />up or mildew. <br />• All caulk joints where sink meets wall shall be scrubbed and cleaned to remove any <br />build-up or mildew. <br />• Chrome or stainless drain fitting shall be cleaned. <br />• Entire sink area including under the basin shall be washed and disinfected. <br />• Deck of sink shall be scrubbed to remove any build-up, soap scum, hard water spots <br />or any other discoloration. <br />• Deck mounted soap dispensers shall be thoroughly cleaned and any "caked" soap <br />removed. Dispenser shall be polished and any extra soap that may have dripped <br />during cleaning shall be removed. <br />• Wall mounted dispensers shall be thoroughly cleaned. All soap deposits on the wall <br />or any "splatter" will be scrubbed and cleaned. <br />Page � 47 <br />
