THE CITY OF DEEP CLEANING <br />LOCKER ROOM SPECIFICATIONS <br />����� ��� <br />� � -.. w : m .�.� <br />L��S�NTON� <br />DESCRIPTION <br />The frequency of the Deep Cleaning of the locker rooms and showers shall be once every two <br />(2) weeks and shall consist of a total sanitization and thorough scrubbing of the entire interior. <br />The shower areas, locker area, toilet areas, staff restroom, staff showers and staff break room <br />shall be free from mildew, soap scum, body oils and any other debris not specifically mentioned. <br />SHOWER AREA <br />• Floor shall be mechanically scrubbed with city approved chemical solution. <br />• All discoloration of floor caused from dirt build-up shall be removed and floor returned to <br />"like new" condition. <br />• All walls pressure washed with city approved chemical solution to remove mildew, soap <br />residue, or any other film present on walls. <br />• Any debris on ceiling will be removed. <br />• All stainless steel and chrome shall be de -scaled and polished. <br />• Any shower that is dripping or in some way not functioning correctly must be reported to <br />City Representative immediately. <br />• Trench drains shall be thoroughly cleaned, and all inlets cleaned of hair, lint, or any other <br />debris. Water must free flow into inlets. <br />• Floor shall be squeegeed dry when service is complete. <br />LOCKER AREA <br />• Floor shall be mechanically scrubbed with city approved chemical solution. <br />• All discoloration of floor caused from dirt build-up shall be removed and floor returned to <br />"like new" condition. <br />• All lockers shall be wiped down with city approved product. <br />• Remove any debris on ceilings. <br />• Benches shall be wiped down and thoroughly disinfected with city approved product. <br />• Floor shall be squeegeed dry when service is complete. <br />TOILET AREA <br />• Floor shall be mechanically scrubbed with city approved chemical solution. <br />• All discoloration of floor caused from dirt build-up shall be removed and floor returned to <br />"like new" condition. <br />• Caulk joint from wall to toilet shall be scrubbed to remove any build-up or mildew. <br />• The entire bowl and seat assembly will be thoroughly scrubbed, including under <br />the seat, behind the hinges, under the bowl, the aft wall flange, and any other part <br />not specifically mentioned. <br />• Any water spots will be removed, and the chrome will be polished to a high luster. <br />• Any "splatter" on any surface from using the toilet or urinal shall be thoroughly scrubbed <br />and disinfected. <br />Page � 49 <br />
