The existing houses in the neighborhood are both <br /> one- and two-story. <br /> The subject 14,400-square-foot lot sits approximately five feet lower than the grade of the <br /> public sidewalk and street, but is generally flat once on-site. The property contains an <br /> approximately 940-square-foot single-story house as seen in Figure 2, a 351-square-foot <br /> detached garage, as well as various accessory buildings. The original home was constructed <br /> in approximately 1914, but was determined not to be a historic structure in the City's 2015 <br /> Historic Resource Survey. <br /> PUD-133, 3987 Stanley Boulevard Planning Commission <br /> 3 of 11 <br />blic with an opportunity to <br /> review and comment on the proposed plan. No action on the project will be made at the work <br /> session. Utilize best efforts to locate any new utility trenches outside of the existing canopy of <br /> the trees to be saved. If this is not feasible, the applicant shall submit a report from a <br /> certified arborist acceptable to the City indicating trenching will not be detrimental to <br /> the health of the tree. <br /> c. Nothing may be stored within the dripline of the tree canopies.
